I love the dashboard - it's so much easier than checking a bunch of different alerts. It would be even better if I could create a master dashboard that included ALL my search phrases.

If you could somehow filter the search engine by location- for example only a search in only Canada, or only the state of Florida.

The TrackUR tool is a great tool but is rather limited in scope. You only monitor 2 social channels and customer feedback or online PR monitoring spans across multiples channels. Foursquare, Gowalla and many others are just a to name a few

What's missing for me is the ability to respond to a post directly from the dashboard.This would add huge efficiency for community managers who monitor all social channels and also need to quickly act on a post or respond to questions.

When I select a new query it takes several seconds for a response to be returned. While instantaneous response is ideal, I would settle for a few seconds.

We use our own reporting tool and need the data to import. All attributes need to be exported including language, location of author, content, etc

I'd like to be able to tag specific results with certain categories, and then also assign a follow up to someone to respond to the post.

Support searching keywords in other languages!
